I would like to say thanks for the help in selecting an automobile for Angela my daughter. Our limited Knowledge of used vehicles is a handicap when selecting an auto. We have to take a salesman"s word on the codition of the vehicel and the economy of the engine. Your job is not an easy one, as the public has a preconceived notion of what a used car salesman is like, and unjustly so. Times are hard now, and to make asale is not easy. So go for it "Tiger", we will give you a good reference if some asks. I enjoy your company.

Columbus! How fortunate you are to have business with compassion and willingness to go the extra mile!
We were traveling to our Colorado vacation about 7 am earlier this month. At the Monroe turnoff, we discovered we had no truck brakes, having to rely totally on the camper system to get use stopped. This being the first time to pull the camper with this truck, the shift with the camper on caused a brake line to burn through. So much for Colorado today! That is until we pulled into Phil Spady Chrysler dealership in Columbus. By 7:30 am, Dave Thompson was there to check things out and try to arrange the parts needed. Pat Prokopec and gang just did everything they needed to do to get use back on the road again. You have no idea how much the hospitality and efficiency meant to us. By 10:30 am we were back on the road, no worse for wear.

To Spady and crew, we owe you a great vacation. Thanks for all your help.

My wife and I took our wrecked car to Phil Spady, and they were able to get fixed within a week. They also gave us a car to drive, with no extra cost to us.
Spady also payed half of our deductible.
